If your source code is export-controlled, classified, or simply too valuable to hand to a third party, you cannot run it through ChatGPT or Claude. The moment you do, the code is transmitted to a cloud provider, processed on their servers, and held (in prompts, logs, caches, and context windows) in infrastructure you do not control. "We don't train on your data" is not the same as the data never leaving your facility.
We run the same kind of agentic LLM code audit, entirely on local hardware, with no network connection.
How it works
We run local coding models [GLM, DeepSeek, Qwen Coder, Kimi and similar] in an agentic harness such as Pi, Codex or Claude Code (without Claude back-end model), on large-unified-memory machines: NVIDIA DGX Spark, Apple Silicon, and AMD unified-memory systems that hold a capable model and a codebase in memory at the same time. The agent reads your repository, finds defects, explains them, and proposes or writes fixes. It is the work a cloud coding agent does, hold the cloud.
Nothing leaves the box. There is no API call, no upload, and no telemetry, because there is no network to carry them.
Where it runs
Bring the code to us and we audit it on our on-prem hardware in an isolated environment. Or we bring the hardware to you, stand up an air-gapped rig on-site behind your fence, and the code never leaves your facility.
When the audit is finished, the storage that held the code and the model's working state is yours to keep. Lock it in your safe, or have us wipe or even physically destroy it. You decide what happens to every disk the code touched.
Why local instead of cloud
Control. With a cloud model you are trusting a vendor's policy, their breach history, and their exposure to a legal/national compulsion, with code you were not cleared to share in the first place. With an air-gapped audit there is nothing to trust: the code, the model, and the storage sit in a room you control, and it can be proven it stayed there. Chain of custody and compliance, job done.
